Dayara Bugyal Trek with Montaxe was one of the best experiences of my life. The mountains, the views, and the peace were unforgettable. The Montaxe team took such good care of us food was tasty, camps were clean, and everything was well organized. Trek Experience – Tungnath & Chandrashila

Our recent trek to Tungnath and Chandrashila was an unforgettable experience that brought our entire family of 14 members closer to nature and to one another. Ranging from kids to elders, it was a mixed group, and we were initially unsure if everyone would be able to manage the journey comfortably. But thanks to the excellent planning and support by Team Montex, everything turned out better than we imagined.

From the very beginning, we were greeted with clear skies and pleasant weather—a blessing for any Himalayan trek. As we ascended, we were surrounded by pristine snow-covered trails, adding a fairytale charm to the whole experience. The snow made the path both adventurous and beautiful, and it was a delight for the younger members of the group who got to play and explore.

The trek to Tungnath Temple, the highest Shiva temple in the world, was a deeply spiritual and calming experience. The peaceful atmosphere and the surrounding snow-laden peaks made it feel like time had paused. The following morning, we started early for the Chandrashila summit. The climb was slightly challenging due to the snow, but completely worth it.

At the top, we were rewarded with a mesmerizing 360-degree view of the Himalayas, including majestic peaks like Nanda Devi, Trishul, and Chaukhamba. But the highlight was undoubtedly the sunrise—a golden glow spreading across the snow-capped peaks and illuminating the sky in colors we’ll never forget. It was one of those moments that left everyone silent in awe.

We want to express our sincere gratitude to Team Montex for organizing this trek so seamlessly. A very special thanks goes out to our guides, Mr. Shivam and Subhodh, who were incredibly supportive, knowledgeable, and kind throughout the journey. Their constant guidance, motivation, and understanding of the terrain ensured that everyone in our group felt confident and safe.

This trek was more than just a travel experience—it was about bonding, beauty, and discovering inner peace in the lap of the Himalayas. We came back not just with photos, but with memories that will last a lifetime.

Recently me and my family had a Tungnath chandrashila trek. It was wonderful experience with Montaxe team.

The route offered breathtaking views of snow capped peaks, lush forests, and serene landscapes. Every step was visual treat.

We had excellent team co- ordination. From start to finish everything was well organised and professional. Ensuring smooth and stress free trek experience.

Friendly and supportive staff- the great Lead with Subhod ji and Shivam ji was incrediblelly helpful and motivating.
Comfortable stay in Heaven Hills cottages with delicious food especially in cold weather.

Memorable experience Overall - The entire trek felt like a perfect blend of adventure, Nature, and good company- Truly an unforgettable journey.

I have done chandrashila tunganath trek with montaxe and this was my first trek with montaxe they are amazing in every service either it is accomodation , food and their trek leaders are also very good. I will suggest you to do trek with shivam he is amazing in his skills. It was informative trek with him and he is very helpful and friendly. Montaxe is the best.
