Reach Pipalkoti by the afternoon. It is a quaint town situated on the banks of the Alaknanda River, located along the route to the sacred Badrinath Dham in Chamoli District of Uttarakhand. Serving as a popular stopover, it offers essential amenities and serene riverside views to pilgrims and travelers alike.

It's just a short 1km distance from your Tali campsite, making it easily accessible for a peaceful escape into nature's embrace.

  • Trek Distance: 10km/7hrs
  • 45km/2hrs Drive to Pipalkoti from Auli.
  • The Trek involves a gradual ascent until Gorson Bugyal, followed by a gradual descent afterward.
  • Reached Pipalkoti by evening.

     
Auli Joshimath uttarakhand

Note

We'll only descend to Auli via Gorson Bugyal if the weather and route conditions allow. Otherwise, we'll have to descend through Gulling Top to Tugashi.
