- Trek Distance: 10km + 5km  - Duration: 2N/3D - Difficulty: Easy

Day 1: Rishikesh to Sari Village – 200 km drive to Sari from Rishikesh – 7-8 hours drive – En-route Place: Devprayag, Srinagar, Dhari Devi Temple, Rudraprayag, Ukhimath

Day 2: Sari to Tungnath-Chandrashila – 30 km drive from Sari to Chopta. – 3.5 km hike to World’s Highest Shiva Temple ‘Tungnath’ – 1 km steep hike to Chandrashila. – Drive back to Sari village.

Day 3: Sari to Deoriatal and Departure – Early morning 2.5 km hike to Deoriatal – Witness the mesmerizing view of Deoriatal Lake with the Himalayan ranges in the backdrop. – Reach Sari village and departure to Rishikesh.

Tungnath is the highest Shiva temple in the world. Situauated at an altitude of 3,680 meters it is a part of the Panch Kedar.

Chandrashila peak offers a panoramic 360-degree view of various Himalayan peaks. From here, one can see prominent peaks such as Nanda Devi, Trishul, Kedar Peak, Bandarpunch, and Chaukhamba.
